We loved this hotel. We stayed in an a double room with a good bed.

The airport was 25 minutes drive away.

It was in the secluded location so close to railroad track that I was awakened several times during night. Besides, I were just off a train line that blew whistles loudly for a nearby crossing and mall n casinos n the Airforce base and a decent quiet area. My a double room was equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making equipment. There was a tub too.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located next to a mall and casinos, in a quiet area of Shreveport.

Spent 1 night here with my son, had a fairly nice stay overall. Its location at a short distance from Pierre Bossier Mall was absolutely perfect. The local staff were affable and helpful.

We enjoyed the clean rooms and the attentive staff, and there were stores close by and we even had lunch at Sonic Drive-In nearby.

The customer service was exceptional, with both the black lady and the white afternoon lady providing awesome service. The location was also okay.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue, with hair in the tub, spilled food or syrup on the dresser, and a terrible smell in the room. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, and there was a lack of upkeep throughout the hotel.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a nice area, just next door to another area and restaurants and the casino. I loved the room with a good bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Courteous staff and the location was marvellous. You guys made my stay great.
